March 8^th is International Women’s Day and this year the theme is all about celebrating strong, fearless women and girls.

Empowering women and girls to stand in their power ensures they feel safe in the world, know their rights, and trust themselves so they can take on anything with ease.

Some of the ways you can get involved in IWD are:

• Donate to a Women focused charity such as a shelter from violence, supporting health care for Women, and equality and women’s rights of which there are many across the globe.
